The location for the New Dawn Senior Living facility is in the center of Au Gres, Michigan.  This central location is near churches, the post office, medical/dental clinics and is within walking distance of a pharmacy and food market.  New Dawn Senior Living is a short driving distance to hospitals and shopping in Standish and Tawas.  The Au Gres location offers the opportunity for residents to be involved in local cultural and civic activities.  It’s also near AuGres-Sims schools and offers the opportunity for interaction with young students. The voices of children can be heard from the playground in the distance on school days.

Au Gres is uniquely rich in the history of Arenac County, from Point Au Gres to Point Lookout.   For those interested in historical studies, Au Gres has an active historical society and fine museum next door.  New Dawn is conveniently located near the Au Gres River and the shores of beautiful Lake Huron.

Each unit has a private front entrance, with a porch and patio in the back. That means friends and family can visit during health related crisis, as you would welcome them in your own home.
